Commission filed to the Parliament of Ukraine the submission on election of candidates to lifetime judicial positions
On 14 April 2016 the Commission filed to the Parliament of Ukraine a submission and adopted the decision on recommending the candidates Mr. Petro Palamar and Mr. Andrii Chernohuz for election to lifetime judicial positions.
By the Commission Decision as of 6 April 2016 Mr. Petro Palamar was recommended for election to lifetime judicial position in Cherkaskyi County Administrative Court and Mr. Andrii Chernohuz was recommended for election to lifetime judicial position in Commercial Court of Kyiv Region.
