Commission informed about withdrawal of individual issues
On October 18, 2019, the Commission took a decision to withdraw from the consideration the questions of supporting the decisions of Commission’s panels, adopted within the qualification evaluation of judges of local and appellate courts for compliance with the position held, in accordance with the period 3, subparagraph 4.10.5 paragraph 4.10 of Section IV of the Rules of the High Qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine, appointed for October 21, 22 and 23, 2019.
