Commission notifies on the withdrawal of certain issues from consideration
On October 16, 2019, the Commission adopted a decision to withdraw from the consideration the questions of supporting the decisions of Commission’s panels, adopted within the qualification evaluation of judges of local and appellate courts for compliance with the position held, in accordance with the paragraph 3.10 subparagraph 4.10.5 of Section IV of the Rules of the High Qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine, appointed for October 17 and 18, 2019.
