Commission opened disciplinary proceedings against 15 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 24 November 2015, the question of bringing judges to disciplinary liability was considered.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 15 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse opening disciplinary cases upon 296 appeals.
In addition, the Commission terminated disciplinary proceedings against 13 judges.
