Commission recommended 57 judges for appointment to judicial positions
On August 6, 2019, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held a meeting to consider the issue of recommending for the appointment the judges whose term of office had expired.
The compliance with the position of a judge appointed for the term of five years prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (on Justice)” shall be evaluated in accordance with the procedure established by law.
Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission adopted the following decisions:
