Commission recommended the appointment of a judge
At the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on October 18, 2019, the issue of recommending of the judge of the Economic Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Pukas Anton Yuriiovych to be transferred to the position of judge to another court of the same level without competition was decided.
The commission decided to recommend the judge of the Economic Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Pukas Anton Yuriiovych for appointment to the position of a judge of the economic court of Cherkasy Region.
