Commission recommended the candidates for appointment to lifetime judicial positions
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 11 April 2016 it addressed the issue of recommending for election to lifetime judicial position of those candidates, who successfully passed initial qualification assessment. During the meeting the Commission decided to recommend for election to lifetime judicial position the following candidates:
- Mrs. Olena Riabchuk, judge of Dnipropetrovskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr. Viacheslav Zaborskyi, judge of Kramatorskyi City Court of Donetsk region;
- Mr. Vadym Hubka, judge of Bershadskyi District Court of Vinnytsia region;
- Mr. Volodymyr Zapolovskyi, judge of Yemilchynskyi District Court of Zhytomyr region;
- Mr. Yevhen Kyseliov, judge of Luhanskyi Regional Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Inna Kaluhina, judge of Melitopolskyi City-District Court of Zaporizhzhia region;
- Mrs. Viktoriia Popova, judge of Ordzhonikidzevskyi District Court of Kharkiv city;
- Mrs. Nataliia Basova, judge of Luhanskyi CountyAdministrative Court;
- Mrs. Viktoriia Bielik, judge of Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Mr. Anatoliy Bidonko, judge of Kharkivskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mr. Pavlo Komar, judge of Vinnytskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Nataliia Lisovska, judge of Mykolaivskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr. Serhii Martsynkevych, judge of Khmelnytskyi City-District Court of Khmelnytsk region;
- Mr. Andrii Zhurakovskyi, judge of Chervonohradskyi City Court of Lviv region;
- Mr. Oleksandr Shvydkyi, judge of Haisynskyi District Court of Vinnytsia region;
- Mrs. Vita Berezhniuk, judge of Commercial Court of Rivne region;
- Mrs. Tetiana Davydenko, judge of Donetskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr. Oleksandr Yefteniev, judge of Khotynskyi District Court of Chernivtsi region;
- Mrs. Inna Skrypka, judge of Kyivskyi County Administrative Court.
The Commission decided to defer consideration of recommending for the election to lifetime judicial position of Mrs. Taisiia Riabenka, Mrs. Svitlana Zakharchuk, and Mrs. Olena Sokolova.
On 11 April 2016 the Commission considered the attachment of a judge of local court to another court of the same level in other area. Upon the consideration it decided to attach judge of Chervonohvardiiskyi District Court of Donetsk region Mrs. Tamara Kulyk to Slovianskyi City-District Court of Donetsk region.
In addition, upon the request of Mrs. Olena Biliaieva, judge of Appeal Court of Donetsk region, the Commission decided to send to the President of Ukraine the materials concerning the transfer of this judge to the Court of Appeal of Chernihiv region.
