Commission resolved the issue of attaching judge to another court
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 9 September, 2015, it considered the issue on attaching the judge of a local court to another court of the same level in other area.
In particular, the Commission decided to attach Mrs Mariia Fedorchuk, judge of Kalininskyi District Court of Donetsk city to Slovianskyi City-District Court of Donetska oblast.
