Commission sent recommendations on dismissal of 3 judges to the High Council of Justice
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 22 September, 2015, the issue of bringing judges disciplinary liable was considered.
Upon the results of disciplinary proceedings, the Commission has decided to send recommendations to the High Council of Justice to decide the issue on submitting requests on dismissal of 3 judges.
At the same time, the Commission postponed the case on holding disciplinary liable of 6 judges of 5 courts.
The Commission dismissed disciplinary case against 1 judge.
