Commission suspended 1 judge from office
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 24 September, 2015, upon request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine it decided to suspend 1 judge from office.
Particularly, in connection with the criminal prosecution the Commission suspended 1 judge from office for 2 months.
The Commission postponed consideration of issue on suspension of 2 other judges from office.
The HQCJU took a recess in the meeting on suspension extension of 1 judge until 2 October, 2015.
