Commission suspended the judge Mr. Serhii Vovk
On 3rd June 2016 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine upon the motion of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine the Commission decided to suspend judge from office.
Thus, in connection with the criminal prosecution, the Commission extended the suspension period for 1 month Mr. Serhii Vovk, judge of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.

Judge Mr. Serhii Vovk by the Commission Decision as of 4 April 2016 was suspended for 2 months.
Judge Mr. Serhii Vovk is suspected of committing criminal offence envisaged by paragraph 2 of Article 375 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely delivery of a knowingly unfair ruling.
