Commission took a recess in case on extending the suspension of a judge Oksana Tsarevych
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 6 November, 2015 it considered the issue of suspension and extension removal of judges from office in connection with criminal prosecution.
When considering the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine the Commission decided to took a recess in proceeding on extension removal of Mrs. OksanaTsarevych from the office of judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city. The consideration will be continued on 16 November, 2015.
The Commission deferred consideration of suspension regarding Mrs. Iryna Tarankova, judge of the Komsomolskyi City Court of Poltavska oblast. The meeting on this issue also will be held on 16 November.
