Concerning participation of judges in competition for judicial positions to local courts
With a view to the numerous appeals of judges to participate in the competition for vacancies of local court judges, we are pleased to inform that today the Commission has begun preparations for its announcement and conduction, taking into account the results of the examination compiled by judges.
The Terms of conduct of the relevant competition are supposed to resolve the issue of taking into account the results of the examination of judges.
Currently, the number of the positions in local general courts, for which the competition is scheduled to be announced, is 96, in particular, in Kyiv and regional centers of Ukraine.
The notification on the announcement of this competition and the Terms of its conduct will be made public, as soon as the Commission adopts the relevant decision.
