Concerning the competition to the High Court on Intellectual Property
By the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 29th of September 2017 No. 299/2017, the High Court on Intellectual Property was formed.
In agreement with the High Council of Justice, the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine by its Order of 30th of September 2017, No. 929 determined the number of judges in the High Court on Intellectual Property as 21 positions.
On 30th of September 2017, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted the decision No. 98/17, which announced the competition for filling of 21 vacant positions of judges to the High Court on Intellectual Property.
