Concerning the decision of the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine respects the decision of the Administrative Cassation Court dated October 9, 2019 as part of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in cases No. 9901/426/19 and No. 9901/378/19.
At the same time, the Legal Department of the Secretariat of the Commission was instructed to appeal immediately to the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court on these decisions.
