Concerning the extension of the term of assignment of judge to another court of same level and specialization for administration of justice
Prior to consideration by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of extending the term of assignment of judge to another court of the same level and specialization was adopted.
The session of the Commission will be held on September 13, 2019 at 09:30 at the following address: 9, General Shapoval St., Kyiv.
For the consideration of this issue by the Commission, the judges are assigned by the decisions of the High Council of Justice dated March 14, 2019 No. 753/0/15-19 and No. 754/0 /15-19 to:
- Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv Region,
- Yaremche District Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Region,
till September 6, 2019 (inclusive), they may send the relevant consent or objections to the Commission’s e-mail: vidriadzhennia@vkksu.gov.ua.
