Disciplinary cases against 8 judges were opened
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 4 February 2016 it considered the opening and denying opening disciplinary cases.
Upon verification results the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 8 judges.
Upon 73 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case.
At the end of the meeting the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings against 4 judges.
