Disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges were opened
On 20 April 2016 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it was dealing with disciplinary issues.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against the following judges:
- Mr. Pavlo Mykuliak, judge of Uzhhorodskyi City-District Court Zakarpattia region;
- Mrs. Vira Snihir, judge of Korostenskyi City-District Court of Zhytomyr region.
In respect of 45 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse opening a disciplinary case.
The Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings regarding judge of Kupianskyi City-District Court of Kharkiv region Mr. Andrii Litvinov.
Morover, the Commission also deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of a judge Shevchenkivskyi district court of Kyiv city Mrs. Olena Pikhur.
Upon appeal of the Director of LLC “Torhivelnyi dim “Yevrotrubplast” Strilets I.A. regarding the judges of the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk region Mrs. Liudmyla Kalinichenko and upon request of the Director of LLC “Domobudivnyk” Chuprovskyi V.Y. regarding judge of Ternopilskyi Regional Administrative Court Mrs. Iryna Bilous the Commission left the matters without consideration.
All news
