Disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges were opened
At the meetings of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the period of 26-27 April 2016 the disciplinary issues were considered.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges.
In respect of 262 appeals, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse in opening disciplinary cases.
In addition, the Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 15 judges.
The Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 44 judges.
