Disciplinary proceedings against 7 judges were launched
At the meeting of Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 23 February 2016 it considered the opening and denial to open the disciplinary cases.
Upon verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 7 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case upon 37 appeals.
In addition, the Commission deferred consideration of the issue on holding of 2 judges disciplinary liable.
The Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 4 judges.
In respect of the appeals of NGO “Dobrobut” and Karpov V.S. regarding 4 judges the issue was left without consideration.
