Disciplinary proceedings in respect of 4 judges were opened

At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 27 May 2016, it was dealing with disciplinary issues.

Upon verification results the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings in respect of 4 judges.

In addition, due to the terms expiry the Commission denied opening disciplinary cases in respect of 4 judges.

Regarding 141 appeals, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening disciplinary cases.

The HQCJU terminated the disciplinary proceedings concerning 17 former judges.
