Disciplinary sanction in the form of warning has been applied to 2 judges
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 3 December 2015, it considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.
After verification the Commission decided to apply disciplinary sanction in the form of warning to 2 judges. It also discontinued the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 4 judges.
In addition, the Commission opened disciplinary cases in respect of 2 judges.
Furthermore, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse opening a disciplinary case upon 18 appeals.
