Disciplinary sanction in the form of warning was applied to a judge
On 28 April 2016 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility.
Upon verification results the Commission decided to apply disciplinary sanction in the form of a warning to Mr. Ruslan Dubel, judge of Drohobytskyi City-District Court of Lviv region.
The Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary case in respect of:
- Mr. Oleksandr Dietkov, judge of Berezivskyi District Court of Odesa region;
- Mrs. Mariia Martynyshyn, judge of Frankivskyi District Court of Lviv city;
- Mrs. Taisiia Matiash, judge of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City-District Court of Odesa region;
- Mr. Ruslan Halasiuk, judge of Koroliovskyi District Court of Zhytomyr city.
The Commission decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings in respect of Mrs. Larysa Kalinichenko, who served as a judge of Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
