For the attention of the judges of the local courts of general jurisdiction of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine continue to receive the applications from the judges of the local courts and appeal courts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast, concerning the question about the transfer of the judge to another courts.
Due to the inability to execute justice by some local courts in the area of anti-terrorist operation, the Commission inform about preparation of the documents to announce a vacancy for the judges, filling a vacant post in the local courts of general jurisdiction.
