Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court adopted the decision on announcement of the competition to local courts
On January 29, 2020, the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court adopted the decision in case
№ 9901/378/19 to render unlawful and cancel the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated July 02, 2019 № 108/rp-19 announcing a competition for filling 505 vacant positions of local court’s judges by candidates on reserve list.
Having considered the appeal of the Commission and third parties, the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court satisfied their claim by canceling the decision of the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court dated October 09, 2019, and adopted new decision refusing to satisfy the claim of Sofiia Danyliv.
