High Council of Justice supported the recommendations of the Commission to dismiss 91 judges from Crimea
On May 11, 2017, the High Council of Justice considered the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine to dismiss the judges of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
The High Council of Justice resolved to dismiss 91 judges for a serious misconduct on the basis of para. 3 of part 6 of Art.126 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Thus, The High Council of Justice corroborated the decision of the Commission dated December 26, 2016, on thedismissal of the Crimean judges.
All news
