High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine held a working meeting with the court staff managers and specialists of human resources of general local courts in Odessa on 17-18 November 2015
The Commission jointly with the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the regional office of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Odeska oblast and Odesa regional office of the National School of Judges of Ukraine held a meeting with the court staff managers and specialists of human resources of general local courts in Odeska, Mykolaiivska and Khersonska oblasts on 17-18 November 2015.
During the event Mr. Maksym Zinchenko, Leading Specialist of Professional Qualification of Judges and Judicial Candidates Department of the Commission Secretariat and Mrs. Kateryna Pohorska, Chief Specialist of Staffing Support of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine told about the Regulation on Procedure of Maintenance of Judicial Dossier, formation procedure of the judicial dossier and the role of chiefs court staff in process of judicial dossier maintenance. Listeners made the practical task with filling information sheets of judicial dossier and filling registers of acceptance and delivery of judicial dossier. In addition, it was discussed the problematic issues that arise at the stage of formation, establishment and maintenance of judicial dossier.

Pursuant to paragraph 14 of Section II of the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the right to a fair trial” the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine established and submitted to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dossier of judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, high specialized courts and courts of appeal.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the right to a fair trial,” all the judicial dossiers of judges of local general courts will be established and transferred to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the State Judicial Administration until 29 March 2016.
