High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended transferring judges to another court and appointing judges for an unlimited term
At the meeting, which took place on the 23th of March 2015, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended to transfer judges to another court.
High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to send documents with recommendations to the President of Ukraine about the judges elected indefinitely for transferring to another court.
Also it was decided to provide guidance on the transfer of judges to another court within the period of five years.
The Commission decided to defer consideration of the recommendation to transfer to another court about 3 judges.
In addition after reviewing the documents, it was decided to recommend appointing 33 judges for an unlimited term.
In conclusion the Commission decided to defer consideration to recommend appointing 14 judges for an unlimited term.
