High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was decided the issue on attachment of local judges to another court of the same level in other areas
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on May 12, 2015 was decided the issue on attachment of local judges to another court of the same level in other areas.
In particular, the Commission decided to attach to the judges of Slovianskyi District Court of Donetsk oblast regarding:
Mrs Olena Beskrovna - judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Donetsk oblast;
Mrs Liudmila Oleshchenko - judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Donetsk oblast;
Mrs Olga Larina - judge of the Kuibyshevskyi District Court of Donetsk oblast;
Mrs Juliia Krylova - judge of the Debaltsevo City Court of Donetsk oblast;
Mrs Tamara Popovych - judge of the Debaltsevo City Court of Donetsk oblast.
The Commission decided to attach Mrs Tetiana Paliuh, judge of the Krasnolutskyi City Court of Lugansk oblast to the Kharkiv District Court of Kharkiv oblast.
High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to send materials to the President of Ukraine on the transfer of a judge elected for un unlimited term to another court, concerning Mr Valerii Tatenko, judge of Economic Court of Appeal of Donetsk oblast.
