IN FRAMEWORK OF PREPARATIONS FOR INITIAL QUALIFICATION ASSESSMENT OF JUDGES THE COMMISSION INFORMS
The Procedure and Methodology for Qualification Assessment of Judges that was approved by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 21 October 2015 determines that examination, especially during initial qualification assessment of judges, shall take place considering court’s and judge’s instance and specialization.
Within the organizational preparations for the initial qualification assessment of judges the Commission received responds to requests to the courts of appeal as regards determined court’s and judge’s specialization. For today the Commission continues the analysis and systematization of relevant information.
