Issue of attachment of judge to another court was resolved
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 27 January 2016 it considered the attachment of judges of local courts to another courts of the same level in other areas.
The Commission has decided to attach 1 judge to another court of the same level in other area.
At the same time, the Commission deferred consideration of attachment to another court of the same level in other area of 1 judge.
Moreover, the Commission decided to deny transferring to another court of the same level in other areas without competition of 1 judge.
