Judge of local general court was appointed by the Presidential Decree
On December 07, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued Decree No.553/2020 “On the Appointment of a Judge”.
As such, following part 5 of Article 126, Article 127, and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine Khainatskyi Yevhen Serhiiovych was appointed for the position of a judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv.
It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
