Judges received recommendations of the Commission for election to judicial position for lifetime term. Candidate for the post of judge for the first time was refused in recommendation
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 13 October 2015 it considered issue of recommending candidates for election to judicial position for lifetime term.
Upon verification the Commission decided to recommend 20 candidates to judicial position for lifetime term.
The Commission decided to defer consideration of issue on recommendation to lifetime judicial position in respect of 5 candidates.
Upon considering the materials the Commission decided to deny providing recommendations for appointment of Mrs Tamara Martianova to judicial position to Uzhhorodskyi City-District Court of Zakarpatska oblast.
