On November 11, 2019 Commission will review disciplinary cases
On November 11, 2019 at 09:30 in the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9, General Shapoval str., Kyiv) disciplinary cases opened against judges in accordance with the decisions of the Commission before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” dated June 02, 2016 № 1402-VIII will be considered.
1. At the request of Skobskyi S.R. in respect of a judge of the Primorsky District Court of Odesa Ivchenko Vitalii Borysovych.
2. At the request of the public organization “Maidan - Public control” and the People's Deputy of Ukraine of VII’s convocation Kanivets O.L. with respect of Judge of Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv, Bevzenko (Orobets) Yulia Pavlivna.
3. At the request of the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Petrenko P.D., People's Deputy of Ukraine Donii O.S. concerning the judge of the Boryspilskyi City District Court of Kyiv Region Vozniuk Serhii Mykhailovych.
4. At the request of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Lutkovska V.V. in relation to the judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv Karaban Volodymyr Mykolaiovych.
5. At the request of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Kaplin S.M. and the People's Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa-Masi Naiem regarding the judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv, Pidpalyi Viacheslav Valeriiovych.
