Opinion of the Supreme Court Plenum on possible legislative changes regarding the activity of judicial governance bodies
Please note that the Supreme Court has published on its official website the opinion of the Plenum of the Supreme Court on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Activity of Judicial Administration” (Reg. No. 1008 of August 29, 2019), approved by the Resolution of the Plenum # 11 dated September 16, 2019.
