Qualification exam appointed
Please be informed that on October 08, 2018, the Commission appointed qualification examination to be conducted on October 29-31, 2018, within the framework of the procedure for selecting candidates for a position of a judge of a local court, appointed by the Commission’s Decision dated April 03, 2017, No. 28/зп-17.

The list of candidates for the position of a judge who have been admitted to the qualification exam, provided that the Commission adopts the decision regarding their compliance with the requirements established by the law for a candidate for the position of a judge upon the results of the special background check, can be found at this link.
In case of a different surname of the person indicated on the list, in particular, due to change of the surname, one should notify the Commission forthwith and send a copy of the document certifying the change in question (contacts for the notification – tel. (044) 233-63-85, zvernennia@vkksu.gov.ua).
The qualification examination will be held in pavilion No. 1 of “KyivExpoPlaza” Exhibition Center at the address 2b Saliutna Street, Kyiv.
Written anonymous testing will be held on October 29, 2018 at 09:30 a.m.
Registration for the test starts at 08:15 a.m. on the day of its taking.
On October 29, 2018 at 12:30 a.m. candidates will take anonymous written case study on specialization of local general court.
Registration for the case study starts at 08:15 a.m. on the day of its taking.
On October 30, 2018 at 11:15 a.m. candidates will take anonymous written case study on specialization of local administrative court.
Registration for the case study starts at 10:00 a.m. on the day of its taking.
On October 31, 2018 at 11:15 a.m. candidates will take anonymous written case study on specialization of local commercial court.
Registration for the case study starts at 10:00 a.m. on the day of its taking.
The deadline for submission to the Commission by participants of applications for admission to the case study on relevant specialization is from 09 to 18 October 2018 (inclusive).
Applications shall be sent by post to the postal address of the Commission: 9, Mekhanizatoriv Str., Kyiv, 03109, Ukraine.
Candidates for the position of a judge who take part in the selection under conditions provided in paragraph 29 of Section XII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and Status of Judges” shall not submit documents for the qualification examination to the Commission again.
