Regarding the restoration of justice in courts
It should be noted that in view of the successful results of the qualification evaluation of judges' compliance with the position held and the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine issued decrees on September-October 2019 appointing 113 judges in 98 local courts.
Thus, in particular, six local courts resumed the administration of justice on an ongoing basis:
Bratskyi District Court of Mykolaiv Region,
Kamianskyi District Court of Cherkasy Region,
Novodnistrovskyi City Court of Chernivtsi Region,
Radomyshlskyi District Court of Zhytomyr Region,
Solonianskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Region,
Teplytskyi District Court of Vinnytsia Region.
We also inform that the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine during September-October 2019 (as of October 21, 2019) recommended the appointment of 156 judges in 139 local courts, including the Shyriaivskyi District Court of Odesa Region, in which the judiciary is permanently not implemented.
