Representatives of State Court Administration of Ukraine, High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and Council of Judges of Ukraine took part in today’s working meeting
The meeting took place on December 17, 2014 in the Commission and was dedicated to issues of ensuring the transfer of judges from the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone.
On December 18, 2014 taking into consideration a matter of urgent National importance of the question, during the meeting of the Commission the Regulations on special order of the transferring of judges to another court due to the inability to administer justice in the separate territories of Donetsk and Lugansk Oblast have been approved.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 25, 26 and 27 of December this year will consider the issues on transferring of judges from the ATO zone to other local courts.
