Section of the HCJ supported the Commission’s recommendation on dismissal of judges from Donetsk region
Section of the High Council of Justice for appointment of judges and their dismissal reviewed the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on filing a proposal regarding dismissal of judges from Donetsk region on the ground of oath violation on 25 January 2016.
Having considered the Commission’s materials, the section recommended that the HCJ to decide on forwarding a proposal on dismissal of these judges for oath violation.
