Session of HQCJU was held to review its decisions regarding results of practical assignments within qualification evaluation of judges for compliance with position held
Upon the results of the consideration on July 23, 2019 of the issue on reviewing the decisions of the Commission within the framework of the procedure for judging the judges' qualifications for their compliance with the position as regards the results of practical assignment the following decisions were taken (in accordance with the period four of the second paragraph of Article 85 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Judiciary and Status of Judges»):
