Staff changes took place at the HQCJU
During May-August 2019, significant changes took place at the composition of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. 7 members left the HQCJU, 4 new members enrolled.
Excluded from the composition of the Commission:
Due to the expiration of the term for which they were appointed:
1) On June 29, 2019 Prylypko Serhii Mykolaiovych (according to the decision of the Congress of representatives of higher educational establishments and scientific institutions dated June 30, 2015, he was appointed as a member of the HQCJU);
2) On July 2, 2019 Lutsiuk Pavlo Serhiiovych (according to the decision of the 3rd Congress of Advocates of Ukraine dated July 3, 2015, he was appointed as a member of the HQCJU).
Voluntarily resigned:
3) On May 14, 2019 Vasylenko Andrii Volodymyrovych (according to the decision of the Congress of representatives of higher educational establishments and scientific institutions dated June 30, 2015, he was appointed as a member of the HQCJU);
4) On June 14, 2019 Lukash Taras Valeriiovych (according to the order of the Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Z. Kholodniuk dated October 28, 2016, he was appointed as a member of the HQCJU);
5) On August 8, 2019 Shchotka Stanislav Oleksiiovych (according to the order of the Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Z. Kholodniuk dated December 5, 2014, he was appointed as a member of theHQCJU).
Dismissed by the subjects of appointment:
6) The authority of Veselska Tetiana Fedorivna were terminated on July 10, 2019 on the basis of the order on dismissal of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine L. Denisova (on December 19, 2014 she was appointed as a member of the HQCJU by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine V. Lutkovska);
7) The authority of Kozlov Andrii Heorhiiovych were terminated on July 11, 2019 on the basis of the order on the dismissal of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine L. Denisova (on October 26, 2016 he was appointed as a member of the HQCJU by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine V. Lutkovska).
Enrolled to the composition of the Commission:
1) Ostapets Serhii Leonidovych enrolled to the composition of the HCQJU on July 3, 2019 (according to the order of the Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Z. Kholodniuk dated May 6, 2019);
2) Sirosh Mykola Vasyliovych enrolled to the composition of the HCQJU
on 12 July 2019 (according to the order of Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine L. Denisova dated April 4, 2019);
3) Drozdov Oleksandr Mykhailovych enrolled to the composition of the HCQJU on July 17, 2019 (according to the decision of the Congress of Advocates of Ukraine dated February 15, 2019);
4) Solodkov Andrii Andriiovych enrolled to the composition of the HCQJU on August 22, 2019 (according to the order of the Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Z. Kholodniuk dated August 19, 2019).
