The announcement of the competition for judges in deciding to transfer to another court
According to the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine of May 6, 2015 for the vacancy for the judicial post a competition among the judges who have submitted requests for the transfer for a judicial post in another court before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine « On Ensuring the Right to Fair Trial» will be on May 14, 2015. The notice of competition will held to fill vacancies in the following courts:
Administrative District Court of Vinnytsia oblast;
Administrative District Court of the city Kyiv;
Economic Court of Kyiv oblast;
Economic Court of Lviv oblast;
Economic Court of Mykolaiv oblast;
Economic Court of Kharkiv oblast;
Economic Court of the city Kyiv;
Gorodotskyi District Court of Lviv oblast;
Zdolbunivskyi District Court of Rivne oblast;
Kamianka-Buzkyi District Court of Lviv oblast;
Rivne City Court of Rivne oblast;
Rivne District Court of the Rivne oblast;
Ternopil District Court of the Ternopil oblast;
Tiachivskyi District Court of Zakarpattia oblast.
The competition will be conducted by compiling candidates for 90 min full of anonymous written test, which will include 50 questions of the test of specialization and competence of the Court, given the following principles:
1) The administrative law, administrative process, European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights - for judges who apply for transfer to the Administrative Court;
2) The civil law, commercial law, commercial litigation, European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights - for judges who apply for transfer to the Commercial Court;
3) The civil law, civil procedure, criminal law, criminal procedure, administrative law, administrative process, European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights - for judges who apply for transfer a general court.
The participants, who will earn the most points will take place by selection to fill vacant positions of judge candidates.
If the candidates for the same judicial post will have the same test results the judicial post will be given to the person who has more experience as a judge (judges within a period of five years) or according the result of the qualification interview (for the other candidates).
