The assessment for the third group of judges has begun
Today, on 2 March 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has begun initial qualification assessment of the next group of judges.
Anonymous testing and practical task are to be passed by the third group of judges who are applying for lifetime appointment. Once again Themis representatives will demonstrate knowledge of established legal position of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the legal opinion of the European Court of Human Rights. In addition, the judges will discuss with members of the Qualification Chamber of the Commission practical situations, including procedural issues.
On 15-16 March 2016, the third group of judges expects the second stage of initial qualification assessment – an interview. After that the assessment results will be announced.
