The Commission announced severe reprimand to a judge
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 1 March 2016, the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility was considered.
The Commission decided to apply to Mrs. Nataliia Salnikova, the judge of Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city the disciplinary action in the form of severe reprimand with disqualification for receiving overpayments to official salary of a judge for the period of 3 months.
Due to expiry of the terms, the Commission has terminated the disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Sergii Svytok, judge of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Cherkaska oblast.
The disciplinary proceedings were also terminated against Mr. Yevhen Chernykh, judge of Barvinkivskyi District Court of Kharkivska oblast.
