The Commission brought 2 judges to disciplinary responsibility
On 21 January 2016 at the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it was resolving the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility.
The Commission decided to apply to 1 judge the disciplinary sanction in the form of a reprimand, namely the deprivation of the right to receive additional payments to official salary for 3 months. It also decided to apply to 1 judge a disciplinary sanction in the form of reprimand - the deprivation of the right to receive payments to official salary within a month.
The Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges.
Finally, the Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings relating to 6 judges.
