The Commission considered disciplinary issues
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated from 6th July 2016 the disciplinary issues were considered.
The Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of Mrs. Svitlana Demydova, the judge of Zhovtneviy Distrikt Court of Dnepropetrovsk.
Due to the term expiry the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings against judge of Appellation Court of Dnipropetrovsk region Mrs. Zoia Maksymchuk.
In addition, the Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 17 judges.
The Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect:
- Anatolii Luniachenko (considered to be a Judge at the Appellation Court Odesa Region);
- Denys Chudovysko (considered to be a Judge at the Chervonozavodskо District Court of Kharkiv);
- Lidiia Horoshko (considered to be a Judge at the Kamianka-Buzka District Court of Lviv Region);
- Vasyl Velydchuk, Volodymyr Tkachenko (considered to be a Judge at the Appellation Court Zhytomyr Regiong).
