The Commission considered disciplinary issues

At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 20 July 2016, disciplinary issues were considered.

The Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of one judge.

Upon verification results the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings in respect of one judge.

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening a disciplinary case upon 171 appeals.

The Commission also terminated disciplinary proceeding in respect of 18 judges.

One appeal was left without consideration.
