The Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 27 August 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
The Commission decided to apply the disciplinary penalty in the form of warning to Mr Borys Tkachenko, judge of Kyivskyi Appeal Commercial Court and Mrs Svitlana Chabanenko, judge of Dnipropetrovskyi Appeal Administrative Court.
Upon the results of verification the Commission decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings against:
- Mr Yaroslav Mamchur, Mr Andrii Horiainov, Mrs Iryna Zheltobriukh - judges of Kyivskyi Appeal Administrative Court;
- Mr Oleksandr Potanin, judge of Appeal Court of Odeska oblast;
- Mrs Svitlana Tomchuk, judge of Shumskyi District Court of Ternopilska oblast.
The Commission decided to postpone consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of:
- Mr Rostyslav Koziurenko, judges of Frankivskyi District Court of Lviv city;
- Mrs Halyna Sheremeta, judge of Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv city;
- Mrs Mariia Martynyshyn, judge of Frankivskyi District Court of Lviv city;
- Mr Vadym Halichnyi, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city;
- Mr Anatolii Lozovskii, judge of Appeal Court of Volynska oblast;
- Mr Viacheslav Pidpalyi, judge of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mr Serhii Savytskyi, judge of Hustskyi District Court of Zakarpatska oblast;
- Mrs Iryna Ionnikova, judge of Kyivskyi Appeal Commercial Court;
- Mr Valerii Siechka, judge of Koziatynskyi City-District Court of Vinnytska oblast;
- Mr Pavlo Medentsev, judge of Commercial Court of Odeska oblast;
- Mrs Nataliia Salnykova, judge of Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mrs Tetiana Sviderska, judge of Appeal Court of Dnipropetrovska oblast (for acts committed as a judge of Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk city).
