The Commission considered disciplinary matters: 1 reprimand, 2 warnings
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on 9 June 2015, the case on holding the judges disciplinary liable was considered.
After verification the Commission decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings against Mrs Larysa Hanchak, judge of Svaliavskyi District Court of Zakarpatska oblast, Mr Serhii Halchanskyi, judge of Orikhivskyi District Court of Zaporizka oblast.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to postpone consideration of the case on holding judges disciplinary liable in respect of:
- Mrs Kateryna Omelchenko, judge of Dzerzhynskyi District Court of Kharkiv city
- Mrs IrynaVolosko, judge of Halytskyi District Court of Lviv city
- Mrs Svitlana Chebykina, judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv city
- Mr Volodymyr Navrotskyi, judge of Khmelnytskyi City-District Court of Khmelnytska oblast.
Disciplinary actions in the form of warning were applied to Mrs Nataliia Horbenko, judge of Ordzhonikidzevskyi City Court of Dnipropetrovska oblast and Mr Oleksandr Yakovlev, judge of Odesskyi Administrative Appeal Court.
After reviewing the material of the case the Commission decided to apply disciplinary actions in the form of reprimand to Mrs Olena Homenko, judge of Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
Regarding Mrs Lidiia Riepina, judge of Kyivskyi Appeal Commercial Court, the Commission decided to send a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for a decision on forwarding a submission on dismissal of this judge.
The Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges.
Regarding 2 other judges, the Commission decided to postpone the consideration of the issue regarding opening disciplinary proceedings against them.
