The Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 2 February 2016 it considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility.
Upon disciplinary proceedings result the Commission terminated the disciplinary case against 4 judges.
The consideration of disciplinary proceedings regarding other 8 judges was deferred.
